This page explains the data deletion flow for Moqup, including the public instructions page, the protected deletion endpoint, and the safeguards we use to make sure only the correct account can be removed.
1. What this page is for
This page explains how Moqup handles account and data deletion requests for Meta app review and for users who want their data removed.
A signed-in user can only delete their own account data. An admin can delete another user only when they have the right access.
2. How deletion requests are protected
Deletion requests require:
- a valid signed-in session;
- a fresh login for self-deletion;
- a typed confirmation phrase before deletion starts; and
- admin claims when deleting another account.
The protected endpoint is https://moqup.app/api/account/deletion.
3. What is deleted
When a deletion request succeeds, Moqup removes the account’s core data, including:
- profile records;
- saved brand and workspace data;
- social connection records;
- subscription records; and
- uploaded files tied to the account.

Deletion is deliberately restricted so users can only remove their own data, while admins can only remove accounts they are authorized to manage.
